The Texarkana Police Department has successfully demonstrated a high level of excellence and professionalism in the field of law enforcement by meeting the standards set forth by the Arkansas Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (A.L.E.A.P) and upon it, was conferred the venerable distinction and honor of a fully Accredited Law Enforcement Agency.
