Recently, the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department received several complaints from citizens, involving the frequent sales of alcohol to minors by South Town Liquor, 2501 East Street. Officers from the special operations unit investigated the complaints and gained sufficient evidence that the business was selling alcohol to minors. Benjamin Brewer, owner of South Town Liquor, was cited for unknowingly selling alcohol to a minor.
