The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department has arrested Yvonne Dockery, B/F 47 yoa, of Garland Arkansas, for felony theft over $500. A warrant was issued by Detective John Cochran after Dockery cashed a check from the account of Garland City at a local retail store. The city of Garland did not authorize the transaction. Dockery is currently in jail at the Bi-State Justice Center.
