The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department has arrested David Walker, W/M 50yoa, of Texarkana. The arrest was made during the investigation of Jacey Walker’s death. Jacey was found dead in her apartment by the Sterling Crest Apartments maintenance manager on Monday afternoon. David Walker, the husband of the deceased, was arrested in a hotel room in Magnolia, Arkansas and charged with a drug related offense, just hours following the discovery of Jacey Walker’s body.
From the investigation thus far, Texarkana Arkansas Detectives have arrested and charged David Walker with Domestic Battery 2nd degree and abuse to a corpse, both charges are felony offenses. Any additional charges are pending the final results of the autopsy.
