Re: One Vehicle Fatality Accident

On Friday November 21st, at 6:30am, Texarkana Arkansas Police Officers responded to a fatality accident involving one vehicle, on Hwy 245 Frontage Road. Officers arrived on scene and located a blue Pontiac G6 in an open field, approximately 300 feet off of the roadway. The person believed to be driver of the vehicle, Cassidy Cutchall, w/m 20yoa, of Fouke Arkansas, was pronounced dead on scene. The person believed to be the passenger of the vehicle, Daniel Allen, w/m 19yoa, also of Fouke Arkansas, was transported to Wadley Hospital, and is in stable condition according to the hospital.

From the investigation, it was determined the vehicle was travelling southbound on Hwy245 Frontage road when the driver failed to negotiate a curve in the road. As the vehicle exited the road it began to overturn many times, end over end before coming to a stop.

This investigation is ongoing at this time.
