The Texarkana Arkansas Police Dept. has made three felony arrests so far in a recent ATV theft ring. Texarkana Arkansas Police Detective Paul Nall began the investigation of two separate ATV thefts, which both occurred on Wallace Street in Texarkana Arkansas. The two thefts occurred at different addresses and four weeks apart. Detective Nall’s investigations lead to the residence of Brady Bailey in Ashdown, Arkansas. Ashown PD assisted Detective Nall while at the residence, which subsequently lead to numerous Ashdown recent theft cases to become solved. From another lead, Detective Nall traveled with BCSO to the residence of Casey Gill in Hooks, Texas. At Gills residence a stolen ATV was located, which was reported stolen through BCSO.
At this point, Brady Bailey, W/M 26yoa, Casey Gill, W/M 20yoa, and Erin Mackenzie Megginson, W/F 27yoa, have been arrested and charged with Felony theft of property, involving the Wallace Street incidents. The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are pending.
