The Texarkana Arkansas Police Dept. arrested Marcus D Lewis, B/M 02/21/1981, on August 11th, 2008. Lewis was arrested and charged with felony rape. The arrest was made after an investigation into the allegation of rape of a 14 yoa juvenile female. It is believed that there are no other victims in this case. Lewis is currently at the Miller County Jail.
