Heath Shane Dickerson was arrested on 06/09/08, at 1100 hours, after a neighbor called in advising he was at his residence in the 300 block of East 38th Street. Officers arrived and Dickerson was arrested without incident. Dickerson was transported to the bi-state jail and is expected to appear before a judge tomorrow.
