The Texarkana Arkansas Police Dept. arrested Patrick Conway, B/M 03/15/74, yesterday after Conway called the police to turn himself in for felony warrants. Conway was arrested for two felony warrants, sexual assault and rape. The arrest was made after an investigation into the allegation of rape and sexual assault of two juvenile females. It is believed that there are no other victims in this case.
