The Texarkana Arkansas Police Dept. will be participating in the annual Law Enforcement Special Olympic Torch Run on Tuesday, May 20th, beginning at 08:00 A.M. Officers will begin the run at 133 Arkansas Blvd., Wal-Mart parking lot, and will continue running on Arkansas Blvd, then going North on HWY 67. The torch will be passed on to State Highway Officers at the Red River Bridge in Fulton, Arkansas.
