Texarkana Arkansas Police Seek Assistance in Locating a Suspicious Person

The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department is asking the community for assistance in locating a suspicious male. Texarkana Arkansas Police received information that an unknown white male has been seen on numerous occasions in the area of Pinson Park, possibly attempting to lure small children to his vehicle while holding a small dog. The white male is described to have dark hair and to be between 20 and 30 years old, driving a red compact car with unknown tags.
