Re: Power Failure/ 911 system restored.

The 911 public service system was down briefly but has been restored.

We are aware that the power company is working on outages in the Texarkana area. At this time the reason for the power failure is not known.

We are asking public continue to limit 911 telephone calls to strictly emergencies.
