Re: Body Found in Creek Along Old Railroad Path.

Today at 1:18pm the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department was called to a wooded area near the intersection of Logan and Ida Streets. Witnesses walking along an old railroad path discovered a body in a creek along the path.

The witnesses immediately contacted 911. Upon arrival officers cordoned off the area and began identifying any possible witnesses. Metro Crime Scene Investigators arrived shortly after the original call and began to process the area.

The body is a white male believed to be in his forties to fifties. The cause of death is undetermined and the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department maintains that this is a Death Investigation.
