Re: Couple Charged with Rape of 11 year-old.

On Friday 03/25/05 the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department began an investigation into an alleged rape of an eleven year old female. Officers learned of the incident when her mother brought the victim to the Bi-State Justice Center. Detectives Les Moody and Shauna Yonts led the investigation. According to reports, the alleged rape occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday March 20th while the victim was staying with relative at a home in Texarkana Arkansas.

Millard Lee Kennington Jr. was arrested and charged with one count of felony Rape and Alicia Kennington was arrested and charged with one felony count of felony Accomplice Rape at their home in Texarkana Arkansas.
