Re: Wanted Student Turns Himself in after warrants issued for Pointing Gun at Fellow Student on Campus

The 16 year-old male juvenile that threatened and pointed a gun at another student at A.H.S. as turned himself in at 4:50pm 03/23/05. A warrant for felony Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon on School Property was issued for the 16 year-old student following an investigation this afternoon.

According to reports at the end of the school day on 03/22/05 the student was in a vehicle when he pointed a handgun at another student during an argumentative exchange. Another individual in the vehicle with the suspect forced the gun down before the suspect exited the vehicle and left on foot.
