Re: Drugs Located on Greyhound Bus

Today (03/18/05) at approximately 10:30am, Officer John Gibbert and his K-9 partner Oran of the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department’s Special Operations Unit were working narcotics interdiction at the Greyhound Bus Station on E. 51st Street. Officer John Gibbert and his K-9 partner Oran located one pound of marijuana and one once of “crack” cocaine in a travel bag on a bus traveling from Dallas Texas to Chicago. The drugs have a combined estimated street value 5000.00 dollars.

20 year-old William Cassidy Ratcliff of Bandera Texas was arrested and charged with one felony count of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to deliver and one felony count of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to deliver. Ratcliff is currently in Bi-State jail and no bond has been set.
