Re: Eight Pounds of Marijuana Located on Greyhound Bus

At approximately 10:50am today (02/16/05), Officer John Gibbert and his K-9 partner Oran of the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department’s Special Operations Unit were working narcotics interdiction at the Greyhound Bus Station on E. 51st Street. Officer John Gibbert and his K-9 partner Oran located eight pounds marijuana in a travel bag in the overhead compartment of a bus traveling from San Antonio Texas to Atlanta Georgia. The drugs have an estimated street value 8000.00 dollars.

47 year-old Jose Angel Cisneros of Orlando Florida was arrested and charged with felony Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. He is currently being held in Bi-State jail and no bond has been set.
