Re: High School Teacher arrested for Sexual Assault.

Today at 11:00am Texarkana Arkansas Juvenile Detectives arrested Arkansas High School special education teacher John Swaty on a warrant for one felony count of Sexual Assault 2nd degree. The 55 year-old Texarkana Arkansas resident turned himself in at Bi-State after learning of the warrant for his arrest. Detectives have been working on the case since September the 16th 2004.

Swaty has been transferred to the Miller County jail awaiting arraignment and bond.
