Re: Witness information helps nab three vehicle burglars.

Texarkana, Arkansas Police arrested 3 persons in the early morning hours of December 22, charging them with Theft by Receiving. At 2:50am Texarkana officers were alerted by a witness that three white males in a gray Ford van had just broke into some truck at the Kenworth of 808 E. Loop Road. Texarkana Texas patrol officers began investigating the series of vehicle breaking or entering offenses at a Kenworth dealership when Texarkana Arkansas Officers Brett Gatlin and Kyle Beach spotted a gray van described by a witness on Pinson Drive. They followed the van and conducted a stop in the 2000 block of Arkansas Blvd. During the detention, officers identified the three occupants of the vehicle, and observed CB equipment in the vehicle. The CB equipment was identified as being stolen from the trucks at the Kenworth dealership. The occupants of the vehicle were identified as:
