Re: Additional Charges from December 17th Arrests.

On December 17th the Texarkana Arkansas Police arrested 4 persons, and charged them with Breaking or Entering, Criminal Mischief, Theft by Receiving and Carrying a Weapon. The men were arrested after suspicious actions drew the attention of an alert patrol sergeant, Sgt. Keith Barr.

Detectives have now charged the three men and one juvenile with seven additional counts of Breaking and Entering. The additional charges come from a December investigation of multiple vehicle burglaries at Cooper Tire off Hwy 82 East.

The men charged are:

Cory Barnes B/M 18 of Texarkana, Arkansas Marion Garland B/M 20 of Texarkana, Arkansas Lee Burton B/M 18 of Texarkana, Arkansas And a 17 year-old B/M juvenile of Texarkana, Arkansas
