Texarkana Arkansas Detectives have arrested three more members of the Charles Street Gang, 19 year-old Eric Dewayne Floyd, 19 year-old Michael Douglas Walker and, 21 year-old Willie Lee Whitmore all of Texarkana Arkansas.
The arrests come after several weeks of investigations by the Criminal Investigation Divisions Juvenile Unit and Patrol Divisions Unit.
As you may remember, 18 year-old Lamont Floyd and three juveniles ages 15 to 16 were some of the arrests made on 08/08/04 of gang members calling themselves the “Charles Street Boys” or “Ten Fours”.
All of the gang members have been charged with felony counts of Battery 2nd, Criminal Mischief, and Engaging in Violent Criminal Group Activity for their involvement in an assault and vandalism that occurred on 07/2/04, which put two victims in the hospital.
