The Texarkana Arkansas Police need your help to identify a man caught on videotape. The video shows the man just before he forcibly stole money as a clerk opened the register. The man fled the scene on foot with a small amount of cash.
The crime occurred at the Triple J 1512 N. State Line on Sunday 07/31/04 at 1:45am. The man is described as a black male, 5’11” TO 6’2” weighing 230 to 260 lbs.
