Re: Women Arrested for Shooting at Victims Driving Away. A04-5205

At 12:50am this morning Patrol Officers of the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department arrested 26 year-old Heather Grady at her home in Texarkana Arkansas for Aggravated Assault and Terroristic Act.

Patrol Officers were called to a business in the 700 block of East 7th where they met with the 21 and 22 year-old female victims. According to reports the victims had gone to a residence in the 900 block of Ash to retrieve a cellular telephone from an ex-boyfriend. While at the residence a disagreement ensued Heather Grady went into the house and returned with a pistol. The two victims ran to their car and were driving away when they heard a gunshot. Officers found a bullet hole in the front fender of their car.

Patrol Officers continued their investigation and went to the address in the 900 block of Ash Street where Grady was arrested and the .25 caliber pistol that was used in the crime was located.
