Amber Hilbun, white female, 7 years old, 4’0, 112 lbs. Last seen wearing unknown colored shorts and a white polo style shirt (school uniform).
James Hilbun, white male, 5 years old, 3’0, 70 lbs. Last seen wearing long tan pants and white polo style shirt (school uniform).
The children were last seen in the 1000 block of Cleveland St. of Texarkana Arkansas at 4:30pm this date.
A local wide alert was broadcasted at 8:00pm.
Through investigation, Texarkana Arkansas Officers located the children at a local restaurant in Texarkana Texas at 8:10pm this date. The children were unharmed and found in the custody of a family friend. Investigators say that miscommunication is to blame, and that no charges will be filed in this case.
