On Friday February 27th 2004 Patrolman Jeff Savage of the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department stopped a gray Chevrolet Cavalier at east 14th and Booker streets. Patrolman Savage conducted a brief inquiry, which led to the identification and seizure of suspected cocaine, and money believed to be proceeds from the sale of this illegal drug. Drugs and money were in plastic bags hidden in the car, and in the possession of the suspects. Over $5,000.00 dollars was seized along with a moderate amount of individually packaged bags of “crack” cocaine.
The driver, 25-year-old Tommy Hall of Texarkana Arkansas and his passenger 22-year-old Milton Tucker of Texarkana Arkansas were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver in connection to this crime.
