Judge Carol Dalby of the Texarkana Arkansas District Court has elected to start an amnesty program effective from Monday, February 9th through March 31st of this year. The program allows individuals who have outstanding warrants for contempt or failure to appear to pay off all fines due from the warrant without being arrested and taken to jail. Simply pay the balance of the fine due in full and the warrant fee will be removed.
Individuals wishing to pay their fine off are asked to go to the District Court Office at Bi-State 100 North Stateline, Texarkana Arkansas. For further information about this program contact the District Court Office at 903-798-3016.
