Keith Lee Culpepper of Dekalb, TX was arrested today, following the issuance of a burglary arrest warrant. Culpepper was arrested in regards to a December 12th, 2003 burglary of a home in the 2100 block of Sugar Hill Road. Culpepper, accompanied by his attorneys, surrendered to Texarkana Arkansas Police at 1:35pm today. Detective Bobby Jordan is the lead investigator in this case. The details of this case have not been released pending further investigation.
