On 01/02/04 at 8:13pm Officers responded to 33 Globe Ave. an industrial manufacturing plant where a citizen had found a deceased black female. The deceased has been identified as Cynthia Aubrey Wilkerson 42yo of Texarkana, TX. Wilkerson suffered from suspicious injuries of a criminal nature. A local man found the victim lying next to a vehicle in a drive area of an industrial warehouse and called the police. Patrol Officers secured the crime scene while the Criminal Investigation Division was notified. The Metro Crime Scene Unit and detectives responded and began an investigation. Much of the information pertaining to this case is not being released pending further investigation and the arrest of the victim’s husband.
The Criminal Investigation Division of the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department has issued a warrant for Murder in the 1st Degree for Hance Lee Wilkerson.

1989 RED CHREVOLET SHORT WHEELBASE TRUCK WITH RED SIDE VIEW MIRRORS TINTED WINDOWS WITH A WHITE ROSE ON THE BOTTOM LEFT OF THE PASSNGER SIDE WINDOW, BLACK VENT VISORS ON BOTH DOORS, ALUMINUM CRAGER STYLE WHEELS, BLACK VINYL BED COVER WITH CHROME BUTTONS, WITH FLOW MASTER MUFFLERS.
Detectives and Patrol personnel located and arrested Hance Wilkerson in the 2600 block of Northcutt in Texarkana Arkansas. The case is still under investigation.
