Texarkana Arkansas Police arrested Rashod Rushing, B/M 27yoa, of Texarkana Texas, on December 11, 2015, after being located by U.S Marshalls in Dangerfield, Texas. Rushing has been charged with 2nd degree Murder for the death of Julian Bolton.
At this time Texarkana Arkansas Police continue to search for Justin Damone Johnson, B/M 27yoa. Johnson has an outstanding warrant for Capital Murder, for the death of Travon Staten.

Texarkana Arkansas Police is currently searching for Justin Damone Johnson, B/M 27yoa, 5í9 tall and 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Johnson is wanted for capital murder in the recent home invasion that occurred on Friday, November 20, 2015 at Beacon Point Apartments.
Detectives continue to investigate this case and more arrests are expected.

This case is in reference to the November 20th double homicide at Beacon Point Apartments during a home invasion. All previously released information is contained below.
From 11/20/15 Press release;
TAPD Detectives has determined this to be a home invasion that was narcotic related. Several types of narcotics, money, and weapons were located at the scene. The two deceased individuals have been identified as; Trevon Staten, 22yoa, of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Julian Bolton, 33yoa, of Texarkana, Texas.
A pregnant female, holding a very small child, was inside the residence during the incident but was not injured. At this time TAPD has not received any reports of additional injuries.
At this time the investigation continues.
On Friday November 20, 2015 at 12:00am Texarkana Arkansas Police responded to the 2300 block of Arkansas Blvd, Beacon Point Apartments, in reference to several 911 calls of shots fired. Upon arrival Officers located the first subject inside an upstairs apartment deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. A second subject was located outside of the apartment also deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
Preliminary investigation reveals that a possible robbery occurred inside the apartment that ended with several shots fired from multiple weapons resulting in two deaths. At this time no other injuries have been reported.
TAPD Detectives are currently investigating this case. More information will be release when available.
