Re: Apt complex drowning victim

Texarkana, AR Police investigators were informed that Charles “Ezekiel” Matthews 14 of Texarkana, AR died at approximately 10:15 this morning as a result of accidental drowning. Matthews was being cared for at Arkansas Children’s Hospital since he was airlifted there on Thursday August 5th after being found unresponsive in the pool at Foxcreek Apartments while swimming with family.
