Re: Felony Arrest Made for Filing a False Police Report

The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department has arrested Gary Allen Underwood, W/M 50yoa, of Texarkana Arkansas, for filing a false police report, a felony crime. Underwood was previous 15 year SNAP-ON employee.

The arrest is the result of a 6 month investigation, which stemmed from a report filed by Underwood in October of 2009, alleging that he had been kidnapped at gunpoint and forced to drive his SNAP-ON company vehicle into the Sulfur River.
