RE: Fatality Motocycle Crash Follow Up

On 11/19/09, the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department investigated a fatality motorcycle accident near the Loop 245 and Hwy 71 South overpass. Evidence located during the investigation combined with on scene witness statements and information learned in multiple interviews, lead to the arrest of Peter Guarisco, W/M 46yoa, of Texarkana, on Friday, 11/ 27/09, for Failure to render aid and provide information as is required by Arkansas law. This is a class “D” felony crime punishable by fine and up to 6 years in the penitentiary.  The investigation into this fatality accident continues with evidence being sent to the Arkansas Department of Health and the Arkansas State Crime Lab
